收到他回信之后意识到Richard和我，以及我现在的三个博导和我的相处模式，还真是非常不一样。 他们总的来说都是很hands-off的。但是Richard is endlessly enabling but also working with him is like a powerhouse to generate new ideas. 几乎从来不会说哪里不好，只会说看到你这个我想到了XX你要不要去看看XX。 I am responsible for figuring out my own limits when I work with Richard. 现在三个博导的工作就是keep saying no. They are constantly challenging me. Every supervision is like a mini-viva. I appreciate it and feel like they’re improving the quality of my work, though also I feel the need to consistently fight back and prove to them I can do X and Y. Sometimes confrontations can be counter-productive.
